Greg Rouillard is a member of the Capital NVC Board, former member of the Capital NVC Organizing Team (OT), and founder of the Prince William County NVC Practice Group. He moved to an intentional community near Boulder, Colorado, in August of 2009, where he is sharing NVC with the local community.

Most of us face choices between hiding much of our true selves to keep the peace, or speaking out in ways that produce conflict. Typically, neither strategy brings us the life we are yearning for.
