We can transform conflict into connection, and there are learnable skills to be able to do this. Our collective human survival and well being depend upon our ability to transcend conflicts and find ways to work together to solve the pressing challenges humanity faces.
First retreat: January 14-19, 2010
This January retreat is open to people who want to attend a single retreat and may or may not choose to continue on with the immersion program.
This immersion training program involves 3 five-day intensive residential retreats and daily, weekly and monthly learning and skill building practices with oneself and others in the program between retreats. The program retreat dates are: January 14-19, April 7-12 and July 8-13, 2010.

January retreat in Greater Boston area; April and July retreats in New Lebanon, NY
In addition to greater ease and success mediating conflicts, many participants in our trainings have reported accelerated development in their NVC skills, their capacity for presence and personal growth within themselves and in their relationships.
