Greg Rouillard is a member of the Capital NVC Board, former member of the Capital NVC Organizing Team (OT), and founder of the Prince William County NVC Practice Group. He moved to an intentional community near Boulder, Colorado, in August of 2009, where he is sharing NVC with the local community.
Greg has been studying and practicing NVC since 2007, working to bring NVC consciousness to every aspect of his life. His vision is a world where people in groups relate to each other with compassion and authenticity, using "power-with" and "both-and" intention and practice to move in connection toward achieving effective outcomes. He is a co-founder, organizer, and staff member of Family HEART Camp, an annual NVC-based immersion in NVC consciousness for parents and their children.
Greg is training to become a consultant in the Sociocratic Circle-Organization Method (SCM), a governance model developed in Holland. Sociocracy, also known as Dynamic Governance, is based on the principles of equivalence, decision making by "no objection" (consent), and an interconnected organizational structure.
